While there are no rigid subject categories of interest, I will have a strong focus on "Internet culture" and "new media"; marketing/advertising/demographics; and trends in product/media consumption.
- Unlikely to be discussed directly, if at all:
Politics, Hollywood celebrity gossip, specific or otherwise identifiable details about private individuals.
- Opinions expressed are obviously my own, blah blah, and I don't go out of my way to seek permission of any personal acquaintances that might appear in writing, particularly since they're likely subjects of criticism or otherwise unfavorable portrayal.
- Public figures will be referred to by their publicly used name(s), unless I have reason to protect their identity.
It's highly unlikely that I have or will ever meet these public figures in person, thus ever potentially consider them acquaintance or friend. However: please do not harass or doxx anyone whose identity I might refer or imply, i.e. identify explicitly or otherwise. I most likely don't have a serious problem with the individual and rather take issue with some bad content they make or dumb crap they peddle.
